This past weekend, I had the opportunity to accompany my lady to Drift Association’s Ladies’ Drift Day at Camarillo Airport, SoCal. Very few cars, only about 7 or 8. Everybody was super friendly, and we had the opportunity to meet DriftPro, which consist of Taka Aono, Yoshie Shuyama, and Hiro Sumida. Special thanks to Naoki Kobayashi and Kat Tanaka who set up the event.

Kat, Amanda, and Patty.. Just a little late, but very impressive entrance with 2 turbo 240’s and and R32.

Stephanie, Tanya, and Sherry - The first timers.

Hiro checkin out Yoshie’s car, what’s so interesting?

Zip ties hold the world together!

Tanya rolling out for another run..

,
Taka’s AE86, SR5 to 20V GTS

The carnage begins!

Sherry gets a good donut going..

…not bad at all…

Yeah, we’re ACTUALLY at an old air force base. This plane was right next to the drift track.

After a long day of burning up tires and meeting some awesome people, it was time to pack up and say goodbye! Once again, thanks to Drift Association for the great opportunity. Hope to see you guys again! Also, special thanks to Gordon Pun of Speedy Motorsports and crazy Wayne of Technic Auto for the help on the car.
