Custom Strut “Spring Perch”
Monday, April 14th, 2008… with the Universal Air suspension installed in the Lexus GS400, the ride height was always too high for my liking. What i have done is made a thinner “spring perch” for the UAS bags to sit on. This was made possible by James Liu who made the CAD design and arranged the CNC machine process.

As you can see the new Custom spring perch is thinner and smaller then the original one supplied by Bilstein. This allows the Vehicle to sit lower while driving and also when pancaked. Here is a picture comparison of the part on the Lexus GS400:

Part # LM-001-01 passed our stress testing before production with fly colors. Withstands 10,000 lb. with no problem. check out the video attached below.
